Avoid! Appalling Service
Absolutely appalling service from one of the worlds most well known designers. Poor communication, endless emails spanning 6 weeks for compensation due to an equally incompetent courier company DHL. Refusal after eight requests to refer my case to management level direct. No full response to a written and detailed complaint. The time, energy and money I have spent due to Guccis incompetence who have just ‘closed’ my case without resolution but continue to tell me they are at my disposal and have scrupulously done everything to resolve. Literally a smoke screen. No customer service, a tarnished shopping experience from a company that don’t care and just want your money. Very sad.

Bought 2 items at their outlet store at…
Bought 2 items at their outlet store at Bicester village totalling £620, when they gave me the receipt I noticed they charged me £775. When I queried they checked and admitted they had made a mistake and the item prices where correct and I had just been over charged. Waited 30mins and staff said they couldn't sort the refund due to the amount not matching and OPs manager would have to sort it tomorrow. Shock had no calls or contact, tried calling multiple times. got hold of someone 3 days later who said they were still looking into it. after more failed promises of calls etc just got hold again and they said finance are having an investigation into how this happened. really not my issue as its clear form receipt's they have over charged and they are just messing me about hoping I just leave it. For the cost of their items there customer service is the worst I have ever experienced.

Over priced and not quality. The Gucci watch is not quality and breaks very very easily. There clothing is too expensive for the quality provided.

GUCCI WATCHES ARE OF SUCH A POOR QUALITY
My daughter celebrated her 21st birthday at the end of September and we pushed the boat out and treated her to a special present. This is a considerable amount of money and why my daughter chose Gucci. Unfortunately the watch started to go wrong during December, so we took it back to the store on the 27th. Monday the 23rd January my wife called Gucci to find out want was happening to the watch. Today we received an email saying it could be 6 to 8 weeks more.
My daughter chose Gucci as its meant to be a premium brand, with prices to match. Problem is the products are 3rd rate at best, while the customer service is appalling.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY A GUCCI WATCH, they are sub standard, and customer service is not existent!

I ordered the interlocking G tights
I ordered the interlocking G tights. As I removed my foot from my shoe with one wear (and yes my feet are pedicured) the foot portion of the tight just split creating a big hole. I contacted customer service and they would not stand behind the quality of their product saying they would neither repair or replace their product. They do NOT stand behind the quality of their product.

Do not buy from Gucci, they take your money and dont deliver your item!Extremely poor customer service.
I placed an order for an item online on the 23rd December 2022 from Gucci. Gucci used dhl to deliver my parcel, they did not deliver to my property address. DHL delivered to another location without my permission. After waiting over 3 weeks Gucci said they will not redeliver and its my loss, they will not refund. So now I am without my item and no refund. Customer services are very unhelpful. Im very unhappy.

DO NOT ORDER FROM GUCCI YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE THE PRODUCT.

I ordered from them in December and I received an empty box at my door. After long “checks” and an investigation, they said that DHL advised the Weight of the package was the same. I have called them numerous times and they are refusing to make a claim. Save yourself the stress and don’t order from them.

Improve your service
I love Gucci. I normally buy items directly from their boutiques or from Harrods. It was the first time I purchased an item via online, did the order on Dec 18, 2022 for a Christmas gift and until now, I still did not receive it. Apparently, the item was lost by DHL and I have been in touch with both DHL and gucci to sort it out. DHL already called me last week saying they have informed gucci that the item was indeed lost and I did not receive it. Until now though, Im still waiting for gucci to finish their "checks". Honestly, I shouldnt be affected by this (the problem is between them and the courier), they could do whatever checks they want but, either give me my refund already or send the item I ordered. I am disappointed by the way it was handled and it is very inconvenient.

Gucci pc hoofdstraat manager is the worst manager ever, we have spent a lot over the years as good clients, now they dont want to change a shirt due to parfum smell when I just tried it on me for one louzy time. All other managers say they neutralize without any problem. So manager pc hoofstraat just lost a client

Worst customer service. When you spend thousand of pounds and overcharge you try to connect and they are never get back to you. Make sure you check your account after online purchase. Also prices are changing and they excuse for an error. Never apologies for their mistakes

No professionalism...
I was gifted a Diana for my 70 birthday; a surprise. Recently we had a break-in. And my handbags were stolen. So my goddaughter flew to Memphis, from Miami to help me celebrate, and deliver the Diana. I carried the handbag once to dinner the next evening, and once to church. A total of two times. I noticed after the second time there was some discoloration on the smaller straps. I contacted customer care via the 800# and was advised they would have someone call me from the nearest store. But I had to call three times before someone texted me about the handbag.

A Meghan from the Nashville store started a discussion with me about the issue. She offered to send me a shipping label for "customization", but that was not my biggest concern. I informed Meghan that I preferred to travel the 3 1/2 hour drive to the store. After many texts and questions Meghan thought I should speak with a more experienced associate. It took 3 days for him to reach out to me. An Andrew texted me, and I gave the specifics of the issue. He then called me and we spoke about the defects and customization. He placed me on hold and verified the purchase. Then he consulted with his manager; per Andrew. I was advised that he would place a handbag on hold for me until December 27,2022.

He instructed me to bring the handbag in and he would exchange it for a new one. When I arrived in the store I had to wait for 42 minutes before Andrew assisted me, Meghan begin to share that she would set - up the monogram machine to make it ready. She examined my handbag and I showed her the discoloration. Andrew finally examined my handbag and acknowledged the discoloration. He went away to consult with his manager, he returned and informed me that an exchange was Not possible. I asked to speak with the manager. A young Caucasian male came over and examined my handbag also. And informed me that I had caused the damage to the bag and he would Not honor the promise Andrew made to me.

I called my goddaughter at that time and she also spoke with the manager. He was very condescending, and rude. I witnessed another customer exchanged her bags while I was waiting on Andrew, and it was in terrible condition. Of course I understood that as a women of color I was not afforded the same treatment or empathy for my situation. During the 40 minute wait, I noticed that the ** clients were offered champagne and none of the clients of color were offered anything, including myself. Andrew informed me that the handbag would "automatically" become "discolored" from just carrying it. So No problem... I was very very disappointed for wasting my valuable time, the dishonesty and poor professionalism. They are in need of Diversity training immediately!

I came to the outlet in August i told the salesman Marcus i am looking for Christmas Gifts for my kids. I asked him if the size is wrong can they come after Christmas to exchange it. He said yes if course. Christmas came and the shoe size was a size and half bigger. I went to exchange for the right size not a refund. They would not exchange it for me. They said tough luck deal with it. All i wanted was to get the right size. Manger of the store was so rude did nit want me to enter the store. I asked to speak with Marcus they said one minute than they said he is on a break. Than they said he is on lunch i waited for an hour and half they would noy let me speak to Marcus

I ordered a gift which was not
I ordered a gift which was not delivered to me. The door in the photo by DHL could be anywhere. Gucci started an investigation and some 4 weeks later I still haven’t received a replacement or any indication of who has this delivery despite numerous emails from me to chase them up. Shocking service and the sum involved was only £22. No customer good will at all.

worst shopping experience ever
"Great" customer service.The item was returned to Gucci using their return label.I was informed that they didn't receive the parcel and started the investigation.More than a month later they informed me that the investigation was finished and the parcel was not received and they couldn't help me.
I've asked them to return me the parcel or to provide a refund.But unfortunately I was informed that they can't help me with that.After that they just started to ignore my request.
Result: 2800 EUR dress is lost and Gucci doesn't care about it.
Please think twice before you order something from them!
